Dr. Crysana Copland, ND is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2020 with a Doctor of Naturopathy. During her 4th year clinical rotation, she took part in the Sports Medicine focus shift. She also attended the University of Ottawa, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics.

Dr. Copland’s clinical interests include performance in sport and life, concussion, and chronic pain, along with many other conditions. She uses nutrition and lifestyle medicine, botanical herbs, nutraceuticals, acupuncture, and more in her treatments.

Dr. Copland is an avid hockey fan and is passionate about the growth of women’s sports. In her spare time, she can often be found reading or pursuing creative outlets, such as cross stitching, crocheting, or writing.

Kandice holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She’s passionate about treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on whole body function and wellness. Her treatment style is individually tailored and includes multiple techniques such as manual therapy, diversified adjustments, cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy and movement. When she’s not in the office, you can find her cheering on the Toronto Raptors, rocking out at concerts, camping, or making baked goods! Tamara holds a Bachelor of Honours Arts degree from the University of Toronto, as well as a diploma in Massage Therapy, with honours, from Oxford College. She has previously worked in the fitness industry as a trainer and coach, and has 10+ years of experience as a martial arts athlete. This inspired her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, after experiencing first-hand, how injuries can affect one’s quality of life and how a good practitioner can make all the difference when it comes to recovery. Domenic is an owner/operator of Path to Wellness. He graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education with Honours in Kinesiology and a Massage Therapy diploma. Domenic has worked with several NHL, CFL, NFL and Olympic athletes. He was a therapist with the Calgary Flames from 2015-2019. Domenic has also worked as a massage therapist for the Canadian Women’s National Hockey Team from 2006 to 2014. He was the team’s therapist for both the Vancouver 2010 and the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games, both of which they won gold. He was also the therapist for the Toronto Argonauts’ 2014 and 2015 seasons and worked at the Pan American Games in 2015.

Andrew completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University — in addition to obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Guelph-Humber University. He was inspired to pursue a career in Physiotherapy after experiencing a variety of sport-related injuries. Andrew has played competitive hockey as well as participated in recreational soccer and basketball. With his experiences and participation in sports, and combined interest in healthcare, Andrew has experienced and learned the benefits of having an empowering and motivational therapist to reach and exceed set goals. He aims to provide similar experiences to his clients, along with providing holistic and personalized treatment plans.
